Won In 60 Seconds

Date Posted: unknown

There are many different factors that help to create those really great fast scoring matches. Start off by walking the field and get to know the shooting lanes and make sure you scout the other team. What do I mean? In both 7-Man and X-Ball, you should watch the other team play so you can see where they go on the field. In 7-Man it can be crucial, as you will often see teams follow a certain pattern.

Building A Paintball Tool Kit

Date Posted: unknown

While putting together a good paintball toolkit can have an up-front cost, more often than not it pays for itself very quickly both in saved airsmith fees as well as saved time. Being able to get a paintgun going at the field can be the difference between an afternoon of fun, or an afternoon driving to the pro-shop - or worse yet between winning and losing a tournament. With that in mind, lets take a look at the basic necessities of a paintball tool kit.

Pod Thievery: Code of Conduct

Date Posted: unknown

The Code of Conduct is fairly simple, but for some reason the younger generation of today does not even know of this code, let alone follow any of the guidelines. I am not really sure what happened in the last few years at the field, maybe the older generation didn't pass on the knowledge? I mean it is not like these rules are written down (well, until now) for people to read at their leisure.

HYBRID SHOCKER - THE TRAITOR IN OUR MIDST

Date Posted: unknown

In building the Traitor Series Shocker, Hybrid has turned Smart Parts' main hand-cannon into a work of art. This, coupled with its limited numbers, wide-array of colors and laser engraving coming straight from Hybrid has turned this into a collectors' item of sorts, making it one of the most desirable markers on the planet, and keeping its resale value near retail. I was extremely anxious to see if its performance could equal its flash.

Looking Out for Nigerian Scams

Date Posted: unknown

Recently, con artists working the Nigerian Cashier's Check scam have included people selling paintguns on their list of potential victims. A few minutes of web searching following up on a few e-mails we've received about paintball players being targeted with it, was all that was necessary to get a good background on the subject.

Code 242 contends to make balling cheaper

Date Posted: unknown

The performance of the Fuel Source batteries is on par with any rechargeable that I have used in the past. I got 10 cases out of a single charge before I noticed a loss of feed rate. Consider this, most convenience stores charge up to $5 per 9 volt. Thats 5 9 volts for the price of this great product. You can only imagine how much this will save you over the long haul.

The Inner Sanctum

Date Posted: unknown

Back in the day, the Hurricanes were a Novice 10-man team and we'd get two Pro games each event. We got to play Ground Zero, Camp Tigers, TonTons, Lockout, Image, Fury and others, and that was the highlight of our weekend. I remember a stretch of time in 2001 when we played the All Americans three events in a row. After the third time - a brutal loss where we shot only two Americans as they marched down the field in less than three minutes By Jeff Stein, New England Hurricanes

SAFETY REMINDER USE NO OIL

Date Posted: unknown

Oil or petroleum products should not be used in compressed air regulators, tanks or fill nipples. When exposed to compressed air, flammable liquids such as oil become more flammable, and in some cases can ignite just from their own heat. For this reason, compressed air regulators, tanks and fittings for paintball should not be lubricated in any way other than what the manufacturer has specified in their instructions.

n order to add perceived value differential between this and the Eclipse Ego6 range we have removed some User and Performance features. There is no LCD display, for example, but we have replaced it with 3 True-color LEDs that can be used to display modes, marker condition and used to quickly and easily modify and set parameters whilst in programming mode.

Rock 'n' Roll Star

Date Posted: unknown

IIt's Sunday afternoon, the event is over and it's time to take that long trip back home to the real world. You all know the feeling; reminiscing on the great moves your boys pulled off, remembering the teams you walked all over, mulling over those grind-out games that just seemrd to slip through your grasp.
